Kinda funny that the last journal entry on this thing is me finishing moving from another screen name.

But, yes. That last move was so I could kind of get away from [word]monki screen names, since people were calling me Danger, and I would go, "It's just Monki, guys. Just Monki!" Unfortunately, using "simplyMonki" has always felt a bit like wearing a too-small hat. Also, I think I'm finally ready to move away from pinning "Monki" to my creative pursuits. People can still call me Monki, it's still my nickname, and I'm not going to be changing my IM or otherwise changing how people can get a hold of me online. I would just like to refocus my attentions on my art, maybe make a webcomic or start writing again or something, I don't know. And for that I feel it's time to be a little more respectable *adjusts monocle and top hat*.

So, without further ado, I'm going to start uploading new artwork under my pen name to .

I'll leave up everything on this account because A) there's no way in HELL I'm copying all those favorites over to the new account, and B) last time I moved some annoying little gnat tried to accuse me of copying them when I uploaded my old stuff to this account. Also, it's kinda nice to leave a little trail of my progress over the years.
